Hello, I am a senior at the University of Miami, a place I am privileged to call home. Hurricane Irma has already caused record breaking damage in the Caribbean and is headed directly for the beautiful peninsula of Florida. Many people will be left without water, electricity, or even a place to call home. This GoFundMe is part of a non-profit organization called International Mission of Mercy, founded by my grandfather, Satish Mehtani. I have the distinct honor of being on the Board of Trustees, and in being such, I have started this page to raise funds for victims of this catastrophic natural disaster. IMM has helped with countless disasters, the most recent being Hurricane Harvey in Texas. 100% of the proceeds will go towards rebuilding what has been destroyed, and providing those effected with essentials.
