<div>Hallo, der Name meines Sohnes ist Michael. Leider ist Michael nach seiner Corona Infektion sehr schwer an MECFS erkrankt. Diese Krankheit hat ihn seit knapp vier Jahren ans Bett gebunden und seit Dezember 2024 komplett zum Pflegefall gemacht. Er hatte bis zum Beginn im Juli 2025 mit der Immunglobuline Therapie Dauerschmerzen und eine extreme Geräusch und Lichtempfindlichkeit, konnte nicht mehr essen, da ihm die Kraft zum kauen fehlte, dadurch musste er einen Port bekommen, damit er nicht verhungert. Jetzt ist es Gott sei Dank so, dass er wieder essen kann, aufstehen und ein paar Schritte gehen kann. Diese Immunglobuline Therapie kostet im Monat über 6000 Euro, die wir leider nicht aufbringen können und die Krankenkasse übernimmt die Kosten nicht, auch nicht zum Teil, was uns unglaublich traurig macht. Deshalb bitten wir auf diesem Weg, um mit der Therapie fortfahren zu können, denn wir wissen nicht, ob er das sonst noch lange aushält. Viele mit dieser schrecklichen Krankheit gehen in den begleiteten Suizid, da es noch kein einziges zugelassenes Medikament für diese Krankheit gibt. Forschung wird auch sehr spärlich finanziert, obwohl über 600000 Menschen in Deutschland davon betroffen sind. Zum Glück nicht alle so schwer. Ich hoffe für meinen Sohn und unsere sechsköpfige Familie, dass wir weiter machen können und Michael wieder am Leben teilnehmen kann.
