Immigration Lawyer-Bring Mom Back

Donation protected
As of October 23, 2017, ICE denied the motion to stay for my mother and has set her deportation date for November 27, 2017. Although we still have hopes of her being able to stay, we have to prepare for if she does go. It leaves my sister and I in charge of the family and getting a lawyer to bring our mother back. I am a full time student, my sister and I both work but with everything we will need, we won't be able to do it alone. Thank you to everyone for your support on this frightening journey... any and everything is greatly appreciated. God bless.

August 2017:
As some of you know in 2007 they tried to take my mom from me and my family and send her back to Morocco. After spending 40,000+ on lawyers we got to keep her here but she had monthly/yearly appointments to make sure she stays here. Sadly, earlier this week we a got a letter in the mail saying she has an appointment August 23rd to discuss her departure back to Morocco. For who knows my mom knows that she is the most caring, loving, kind hearted woman who's never done anything wrong and forsure has never committed any type of crime. She takes care of my brother, who has down syndrome and several other illnesses, everyday of her life. I truly cannot express enough that my family CANNOT live without my mom. I'm asking anybody for any type of help or information to help my mom stay here. I start college, my brother starts high school, my niece starts kindergarten. 3 of the most important things to my mother which she may or may not be able to even witness. My family and I are huge lovers of God and pray to him everyday and we just hope this all comes to a positive end. Thank you to whoever took the time to read this post I truly appreciate it.

More info:
This is not the first time they tried to send my mom away. In June 27, 2007 they knocked on our door and took my mom to jail over something she wasn't aware of and didn't intentially do. I had to start 3rd grade without my mother and same for my siblings. They released her exactly 5 months later with no explanation or reason why but what were we gonna do? Say why did you release her? We were just thankful to have our mom back. About 2 years later on April 2, 2009 she was in the airport getting ready to be sent back but luckily a grant was motioned for her to have yearly temporary stays. We didnt see this coming. My mother did her yearly check ins and always kept up to date with all information necessary. This is why I made the petition and am trying to get the word out to hopefully find someone to put a stop to this. They made their decision, they are sending her. If I could get Senator Sherrod Brown and/or any government official to put their say in and stop this, it may just keep my mother where she belongs, with my family and I in America. Thank you to everyone taking their time to say and do nice things and show so much support! Any donations are extremely appreciated. Thank you and God bless.

My mother's appointment is on August 23rd for those wondering how quick this can possibly be done.
