Summit Warm Hearts, a program of the Summit Interfaith Council, offers daily respite Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm and Sunday from 1-5 pm at Beacon Unitarian Universalist Congregation. Working with volunteers, we can keep our costs very low. Overnight hospitality is provided from 8 pm to 6 am every night by St. John’s Lutheran, Fountain Baptist Church and Christ Church.

Through our program, our unhoused neighbors receive warm meals, access to showers, necessities and coordination with social workers. These services are made possible by partnerships with GRACE, Bridges, SHIP, and Atlantic Health.

The Ask:

We do not have funding for the end of December or January yet. We need immediate support. Sponsor refuge as the temperatures are dangerously cold.

Sponsor one night for one neighbor: $23.80
