<div>This September, for Suicide Prevention Month, I’m challenging myself to walk and jog 100km in aid of Pieta.

<div>This is a cause that is incredibly close to my heart. I have sadly lost two friends to suicide and those losses are something that stay with you. It’s one of the reasons I wanted to do something meaningful this September not only to raise money, but also to help raise awareness and encourage conversations around suicide and mental health.

<div>Pieta provides vital support to people who are struggling with suicidal thoughts, engaging in self-harm or who have been bereaved by suicide. The work they do can make an incredible difference at a time when someone needs support most.
</div>

</div>
<div>Throughout September, I’ll be getting out and completing my 100km, one walk and jog at a time.
</div>
<div>I’d be so grateful for any donation, big or small. Every contribution will go towards supporting Pieta and the important work they do.
