I'm walking 20km for Elsie's Moon

On Sunday 6th July, I will be walking 20km/12 miles along the Wirral coast to raise vital funds for Elsie's Moon.

Elsie's Moon is a local charity which supports families when pregnancy does not follow the plan. Families can access face to face, one to one counselling sessions after experiencing the trauma of baby loss, much quicker than the waiting lists of NHS services. Families also have access to wellbeing sessions and essential bags during their hospital stay with everything they may need for their time as an inpatient. If families experience Pregnancy After Loss (PAL) or Rainbow pregnancies, they can access Rainbow Birthing sessions to help ease anxieties and prepare for birth.

All of these are either not offered as part of routine NHS care or there is high demand, to enable Elsie's Moon to continue supporting families when they need it most, we are walking to raise money to ensure every family in need, is able to access these vital services.
