<div>I’ve had a tricky year health-wise so I’ve decided to do something to build my strength up whilst also hopefully raising money for a really lovely cause ❤️

<div>I'm planking every day (5-10 x 30 second planks per day, old bones permitting!) in November to help Dogs Trust care for the thousands of dogs still waiting for their forever homes. Just £25 could pay for a full vet check as soon as a dog arrives at Dogs Trust. So any donation, is greatly appreciated.
