I'm moving out of Missouri

Hello I'm deshon porter right now I live in Missouri but I suffered a lot in Missouri I was in Springfield Missouri where I was happily married for only one year and she passed away in 2016 her name was Treasa Donnell porter I have no kids. I had a church that I loved in Springfield but during and after the stupid pendemic they stopped the transport ministry ! So I got so fed up that I moved to st Louis Missouri first two years it was going great untill the start of my 3rd year a new landlord and all of a sudden a stupid nuisance law and we could all lose our apartment so in October 2023 I don't want to renew my lease so I got a great advice from a friend who told me to move to Texas. Yes I can't stand the heat but I need a fresh start at another state. Please help me all funding will go to applications going to both Dallas and Houston Florida or Portland Oregon or Nevada for apartment tours moving expenses food at the new place and food while I am touring apartments. I'm hoping to move by October but just in case I have to make an emergency move I would like to be ready. Thank you.
