They aim to provide easy and quick access to professional counselling for all those who need support with their mental health and well-being. They believe that the immediate availability of a trained ear, when it is needed most, is vital in terms of preventing mental health problems escalating. If you, or someone close to you, needed support you would want immediate help rather than red tape and waitlists. That's exactly what ‘I'm all ears’ provides.

<div>Many of us will experience mental health problems at some point in our lives and many are suffering in silence when they do, as they feel they have no-where to turn to for help. By supporting ‘I’m all ears’ you can make sure there is always someone to turn to, right here in our own community.

The organisation is run by a small group of volunteers who work with a team of counsellors ranging from students in their final year of training to advanced specialist practitioners.

<div>‘I’m all ears’ receive no government funding and rely entirely on grants and donations to operate. In the last financial year they provided 1576 hours of counselling to local people. They expect the demand this year to be similar or even higher.
