Help us bring our PEP! Talks across the country! PEP! Talks are fun and free classroom presentations to teach kids The 5 Steps to a Happy and Healthy Pet ©. PEP! Talks incorporate a variety of visuals, music, games, and prizes to engage kids on topics that promote responsible pet ownership!
Topics include: -spaying & neutering, pet adoption, animal safety, heartworm prevention, training, and much more!

We are a small grassroots organization and it's become hard to keep up with the demand! We have requests coming in from all around the world! We need your help to reach more kids to end the cycle of pet overpopulation, abuse, neglect, and euthanasia. With over 6,000 animals euthanized each day, it's time for us to end the cycle that brings pets to the shelter in the first place!

We pride ourselves on being the most innovative humane education program in the world! We love entertaining and capturing kid's attention and inspire them to learn respect and responsibility for their pets!

From the Founder: My name is Erica Callais Falbaum. Since I founded PEP! over 7 years ago, I have worked full time, free of charge for PEP! all while also working a full time job that pays. With PEP! I wear many different hats, because when you are a grassroots organization that doesn't have enough funds to hire an employee, you do what is neccessary! From designing and editing our magazine, recruiting schools for our outreach, performing PEP! Talks, building our website, innovating
our programs, managing social media, producing videos, writing our book, managing distant chapters, fundraising, and the list goes on; I stay extremely busy. Truth of the matter, I spend every weekday evening and every weekend working on PEP! I truly love what I do, so it doesn't feel like work! The only thing I wish is that I could do more! We are limited by funds and my time! It's my dream to be in every city and speak to every kid! I can't keep up with the numerous requests from around the world! Our magazine is on it's 3rd issue and we are already sending it to 6 different countries! It would be such an honor to be able to work full time (paid) for PEP! We are busting at the seams with growth and demand, but we need the funds to keep up!  If we could make even more, then we can do some serious damage and start reversing those numbers of animals that end up in the shelter due to poor preparation, irresponsibility, and neglect! Over 353 cats and dogs are euthanized each day in Louisiana, and thousands upon thousands each day in the country! Pet overpopulation, neglect, and abuse can be stopped before it starts! Help us win this fight! I hope that you will consider donating to PEP! The Pet Education Project to help us turn kids into animal heroes!
