“Oyunun Ruhu (Spirit of the Game)”, yani dürüstlük ve karşılıklı saygı sporun temelidir.

Ultimate, dünyada 100’den fazla ülkede oynanıyor ve hızla büyüyor. 2025 yılında Çin’in Chengdu kentinde düzenlenecek olan Dünya Oyunları’nda da yer alacak.

---

WBUC Nedir?

Yani;

- Bizi duyurun

- Mümkünse destek olun

Support Türkiye’s First Women’s Ultimate Frisbee Team!

We are proud to announce that for the first time ever, Türkiye will be sending a Women’s Team to the World Beach Ultimate Championships 2025 (WBUC '25) in Portimão, Portugal, this November!

This is a historic moment for our sport, our athletes, and women’s sports in Türkiye.

But we need your help to get there.

What is Ultimate Frisbee?

Ultimate Frisbee, or simply Ultimate, is a fast-paced, non-contact team sport played with a flying disc (frisbee). It blends the athleticism of soccer, the strategy of American football, and the continuous movement of basketball — but with a culture all its own.

The game is self-officiated, guided by a unique principle called “Spirit of the Game” — emphasizing honesty, mutual respect, and fair play.

Ultimate is played in over 100 countries, and is growing rapidly worldwide. It’s even set to appear in the World Games 2025 — an international multi-sport event recognized by the International Olympic Committee — to be held in Chengdu, China.

—

What is WBUC?

The World Beach Ultimate Championships (WBUC) is one of the highest-level international competitions in the sport. Held every four years and organized by the World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF), WBUC brings together top national teams from around the globe to compete in a showcase of elite athleticism, teamwork, and spirit — all on the sand.

This year, we’ll be competing alongside powerhouse teams from Europe, North America, Asia, and beyond — and for the first time, Türkiye will be among them, with a women's team!

---

Why We Need Your Support

Ultimate Frisbee is still a developing sport in Türkiye. We currently have no official federation, which means we receive no government or institutional funding.

Flights to Portugal (500€/person)

Accommodation (300€/person)

Tournament fees (410€/person)

Food (200€/person)

Tournament prep and training costs (100€/person)

— is being paid entirely out of pocket by our players.

And with the ongoing economic challenges in Türkiye, these costs are especially difficult to cover. Most of our team members are students or young professionals, striving to balance full-time work, training, and fundraising.

That’s why your support is critical.

How You Can Help

We’re asking for your help to make this dream real. Every donation, no matter how small, directly supports the team’s expenses.

-Please share this campaign

-Support if you can

Let’s make history — together.
