Il Padrino - Public Access Defibrillator

On Saturday 29 May we sadly lost a gentleman diner in our restaurant. Tragically, despite the best efforts of our team, paramedics and a Dr he could not be resuscitated. He was a deeply loved husband, father and Grandfather who is greatly missed by all who knew him.
The events of that evening have greatly affected ourselves and our team who played a vital role that evening, and the family were our absolute goal and priority. Saturday has shown us that the unthinkable can happen at anytime, anywhere. Should it happen in Middlewich again we want to be in the best position to help.
We would love to raise enough money to purchase a (PAD) Public Access Defibrillator which we will place outside Il Padrino. We would hate for anyone to ever have to go through this experience but a defibrillator could be a game changer. It literally can save lives.
As most of you know Il Padrino stands in the Iconic building, the Alhambra, formerly a cinema and being the centre point of Wheelock Street would be the best place for this.
I am asking and hoping as a community we can pull together as individuals, families and businesses and donate to this worthy cause.
Approximately these machines including the cases and installation will cost £2500.
If we raise the funds we will place a plaque above in loving memory of the gentleman that sadly lost his life that night.
