<div>L’isola di Linosa, una piccola isola al centro del Mediterraneo, vive prevalentemente di turismo. Il forte impatto avuto dal ciclone Harry che l'ha colpita nei giorni scorsi ha portato via molte imbarcazioni, le strade, e il molo. Questo comporterà una grossa ripercussione negativa sull’unica risorsa dell’isola, che permette al tanti isolani di guadagnarsi da vivere.

<div>In attesa che le autorità propongano le loro soluzioni per aiutare la popolazione a fronteggiare l'emergenza, il "Comitato 28 Gennaio" e la popolazione, tutta, dopo le numerose richieste ricevute da chi ama Linosa e da chi la frequenta ogni estate, avvia una raccolta fondi per sostenere le spese dei danni recati alle imbarcazioni e quant’altro distrutto dal ciclone e contribuire alla creazione di infrastrutture che possano portare giovamento alla comunità tutta.

<div>The island of Linosa, a small island in the center of the Mediterranean, relies primarily on tourism. The severe impact of Cyclone Harry, which struck in recent days, has washed away many boats, roads, and the pier. This will have a significant negative impact on the island's only resource, which allows many islanders to earn a living.

<div>While waiting for the authorities to propose solutions to help the population cope with the emergency, the "28 January Committee" and the entire population, following numerous requests from those who love Linosa and those who visit it every summer, are launching a fundraiser to cover the costs of the damage to boats and other items destroyed by the cyclone and to contribute to the creation of infrastructure that can benefit the entire community.

La raccolta fondi è stata organizzata da me  per conto di Antonella Brignone e di altri cari amici abitanti dell’isola di Linosa, che riceveranno tutti i soldi raccolti nella campagna. Come già detto le donazioni verranno usate prima di tutto per coloro che hanno perso  o subito danni alle imbarcazioni, come deciso dal comitato 28 gennaio, che si occuperà di stabilire le altre modalità di spesa .
