Ike & Brennan's Tri for Charity

We’re two college buddies on a mission to do two things: achieve our shared goal of competing in an Olympic Triathlon, and raise ten thousand dollars for two great charities that are close to our hearts. On June 5th, we’ll be shipping off to Detroit to race in the Island Lake Triathlon, which means we have about a month to meet our fundraising goals - and we can’t do it without your help! All of the funds will be split evenly between our two foundations: Mr. Crowley’s Kids and the Elizabeth L. Joksimovic Foundation.

Brennan will be racing for Mr Crowley’s Kids, a legacy fund in honor of his late grandfather which offers financial support to children that attend St. Joseph’s Catholic School a K-8 school in Cincinnati, OH. Your donations will provide meals, clothes, and school supplies for children that are unable to afford these basic needs, and will help St. Joe’s start a summer program for underprivileged students outside of the school year. Ike will be racing for the Elizabeth L. Joksimovic Foundation, a nonprofit created in the name of his late mother after she lost her battle with stomach cancer in 2006. The ELJ Foundation has a progressive mission to advance excellence in healthcare and education by raising money for cancer research and women in the workplace.  The foundation also provides funding for scholarships for Highland Park High School students and oncology nurses at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
