Sufferer of Crohn's Disease

I am a 23 year old male, living in Toronto, Ontario. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease at age 7. By age 8, my Disease began to go into remission with heavy doses of steroids. I enjoyed remission for about 10 years! By the time I was 18, I began having small flare ups again. After turning 19 and beginning College, I was hospitalized with a really bad flare up in the first week of school. Since that Winter 4 years ago, my health has been a roller coaster! I have been on multiple medications to help control my Disease and am currently receiving Remicade Infusions every 8 weeks. I have had 4 surgeries, including a small bowel ressection in June of 2012. 

I got a full-time job as a Line Cook 3 years ago. I have been on sick leave multiple times throughout my employment, with my most recent sick leave beginning in August of 2014 with no guaranteed end in sight. My sickness benefits received through Service Canada have finally reached their end, and until I have all of the proper documentation in order to receive an income from Long Term Disability, I currently have no income. 

I am looking to raise enough money to cover some of my basic needs, from food to rent. If you can help support me to get by while I get better, it would be greatly appreciated!
