STRIKE UNTIL WE WIN FUND!

The IGWC-UE is currently on strike and holding pickets every weekday until the administration recognizes our union. Maintaining a strong and energized picket takes financial resources to pay for signs, sound equipment, office supplies, food and coffee for social events (no alcohol), poster-making supplies, and picket games and activities. This fund will maintain the strength of the strike infrastructure.

A separate Strike Fund is for hardship support and mitigating retaliation.

 

Graduate workers want a union to bargain for increases. We want a union to negotiate with the Administration as equals. We are fighting for:

A Living Wage with Annual Raises

Protect and Improve Benefits

An Effective Grievance Procedure

Fairness for International Students
