Kaylee and Kevin's College fund

Hi all I am Victor Montaner's brother Thomas.
Victor was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident on Saturday morning. Victor was an electrician and a member of the local 72. He was behind in dues and does not qualify for most benefits. I want to set up 529 college fund for Vic's children. It is Vic's wishes that I help his children in this terrible time. As everyone knows funeral expenses are very high and vics insurance is very limited. Victor, Kaylee, Kevin, and I would appeciate any and all help we can get.
