Jax's handicap van with chairlift

Hello people Im Russell aka 'jax'. I'm gonna keep this short and sweet like me. Donations for a handicap van with a chairlift would be greatly appreciated. I'm getting bigger and heavier and It's getting harder and harder for my mom and dad to get me out of my chair, then into the car ,then breakdown my chair and lift it into the back of our car this really stinks especially when the weather is bad. Any help by you guys would be awesome! ! Thanks for reading a little about my situation.
