Chicago Area Uber Lyft Drivers Victim Fund
Many Chicago ride-share/delivery drivers and their families are suffering under the shadow of frequent acts of violence, carjacking, robbery and even murder by criminals who order rides or food delivery as with any other customer.
Independent Drivers Guild of Illinois has organized this ongoing fundraising effort as a means of assisting victimized gig drivers and their families with hardships created by losses due to violent crime.
100% of funds donated here will go to crime victims and their families. As of recently, all donated funds are mostly going toward medical expenses and helping families transition due to the loss of a loved one.
