Identity theft during lockdown

Donation protected
Hey everyone, I really hate to do this but the government has left me no choice but to try to fundraise money for myself.

I'm a hairstylist in Toronto currently experiencing lockdown round 2. My salon closed in the middle of November and like so many I applied for cerb/EI as soon as I was able to. My application was taking unnecessarily long so after about 2 weeks I called to investigate. After a grueling 6 hours on the phone I discover I'm the victim of identity theft.

Someone used my service Canada account on October 23 2020 to apply for cerb and now I'm stuck in a limbo where I am not only not receiving the money I'm entitled to but have been given no timeline on when I may see a paycheck or any formal document to give to billers to explain my circumstances.

I have not recieved any income since mid November, I'm now behind on my rent by 2 months and am expecting my phone to be shut off soon so I will miss the call from service Canada when my account has been finally handed over to the appropriate agent.

I've used all of my savings during lockdown 1 and managed to work enough from July until November to make it this far but I'm running out of options and am facing eviction, not being able to afford to feed myself and my dog, and paying for medications and everyday necessities.

Please help if you're able, I know this is a tough time for everyone. I appreciate anything you can give so much
