Help with Medical Expenses & Trip

I need to get back to the USA.. and a hospital there
But first I have to pay back visitors tax and enough monies for airfare to the USA. I have contracted some type of jungle disease that causes me to itch all over, Best explained like chicken pox,
I just spent almost 2 weeks in the hospital in Nicaragua. I have pneumonia & a severe kidney infection. I have finally been released from the hospital, but am still on bedrest and weak. It will take me some time to build up my strength again.
Funds will go towards airfare to get me to the US and my medical expenses that I have incurred here. My hospital visit was free, but the tests and medicine were not.
