<div>Als der Arzt die lokale Betäubung zu ende führte, ist ihm die Spritze aus der Hand gerutscht und landetet in meinem rechten Auge. ….meine Sehschwäche ist seiddem auf 40% verringert. Nur noch eine Hornhaut Transplantation kann mir evtl wieder helfen mein Sehstärke wieder zu erlangen.

<div>Das Landgericht Wuppertal hat die Klage auf Schmerzensgeld abgewiesen, weil es angeblich keine Behandlungsfehler da!

<div>Da ich aber in Berufung gehen will vor dem Oberlandesgericht Düsseldorf brauche ich einen Anwalt für Medizinrecht. Diese Kosten sind für uns als Familie so alleine nicht tragbar da man in so einem großen Prozess in Vorkasse treten muss. Und bitte deshalb dringend um Unterstützung, denn ich würde gerne weiterhin für mein Recht kämpfen!
