Adoption fee for Aaron age 10

My nephew Aaron has always held a dear spot in anyone's heart who has met him, but especially in my own. During Katrina and Rita, my sister lived in Biloxi, MS. Her, now ex, was on deployment with the Navy. He emptied their checking and savings account to go to a strip club. My sister had to wrap then 18 month old Aaron in newspapers because there was no money left to buy diapers for him. A few months later they were forced to move back in with me and my parents because of her ex left them high and dry. I helped raise my nephew while my sister went to work to support them. He is as near and dear to my heart as my own son. Aaron has only ever wanted a Daddy and he got that when my sister remarried a wonderful man with 5 children of his own. Aaron's biological father refused to pay child support and the Navy had to garnish his wages to support Aaron. This biological father has finally, 8 years later, consented to allow my new brother-in-law to adopt my nephew. A prayer 8 years in the making! Please help this prayer finally come to pass!
