Anorexia can't win... Rikkilee

My name is Robin I have never done anything like this but feel it is important considering the current circumstances so here it goes... My 18 y/o  sister (Rikkilee) has been battling anorexia and bulimia for over 3 years now.  Every outpatient option has failed. My sister collapsed Sunday night and for those of you that have a medical background these numbers may help paint the picture of the severity of her condition. Glucose 26, Heart rate 32, WBC count 0.8, Hgb 7.9, body temp 87.9 (rectally).  Her Chest X-ray also showed bilateral pneumonia.  My sister is currently admitted with a Peg tube (feeding tube in her abdomen) and her temperature is improving.  The pneumonia is getting worse and she passes out every time they try to get her out of bed. Her liver is failing, ammonia levels are rising and heart rate is still very low.  Although every provider at this hospital has done everything they can the prognosis is not good due to the problems that the starvation has done to her organs.  Today we were informed that she will need to be transferred to another hospital 6 hours away due to the level of care that is required to sustain her life at this time.  Our mother drove in from Indiana and will be going with her via rental car and will be staying in a hotel near the hospital. Anorexia has the highest mortality rate of any other psychological disorder and it is attempting to claim another life.  Like I said I've never done anything like this and my family and I are not typically ones to ask for help but we need it now.  We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of support and prayers from friends and family and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for any contributions made....
