Ian's Mommy

My name is Ian Buckridge. I was born on May 6, 2018. I want to tell you a little about my best friend, my mommy, Robin Buckridge. Since the day I was born she has made sure all of my needs are met.  My mommy tells me I am her little miracle. Her rainbow baby. Our feedings and snuggle times are the favorite parts of my days.  On July 27 my mommy was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. She is currently in Methodist Hospital receiving aggressive chemotherapy. My mommy will be in the hospital for at least another 3 weeks and then she will have outpatient chemotherapy for several months along with the possibility of a bone marrow transplant. My mommy and daddy have always worked very hard to make sure I have everything I could ever need. Now that my mommy can no longer nurse me we have the added expense of formula as well as the day care providers necessary to help care for me while my mommy is in the hospital. The nice doctors taking care of my mommy do not know when she will be able to go back to work. The medicines they are giving her to help her also make her very sick. I love my mommy and I do not want her to worry about how she will be able to take care of me or her medical expenses. Can you help me? Thank you for your help,               Ian
