Hi, thank you for visiting my sponsorship page and helping me to make a difference. You will be aware that I'm raising money in aid of Samaritans, and every donation counts no matter how much. 

My commitment to this cause other than my donation is to run, cycle and indoor row 50 miles as part of my 50th birthday celebrations. I have never been someone to make things easier for myself, so your contribution to this cause means so much to me.
