I have known the Ferguson Family since 1997. They are precious people. Their first born son, Ian, dropped to the ground on his way to meet his family at the lake where they live and passed away on July 15, 2017. He had a heart attack at the young age of 26. Unbeknownst to his parents, Ian had a heart defect that caused his heart to stop. They are heartbroken and still in shock. Hard times come to many in this life. Shane and Kelly need our help. They currently do not have the funds to bury their son. I cannot imagine the sorrow and grief they are experiencing, plus trying to figure out how they are going to bury their precious son properly. Ian had a giving heart for others. Often he would come home without a shirt on his back or shoes on his feet because he saw someone on the streets who needed them more than he did. Ian's parents have done such a wonderful, sacrificial thing in honor of Ian's life. They have donated Ian's organs to help save the lives of others so other families will not have to experience the pain of what they are going through.
