<div>Federal cases move slowly and require significant resources. Even the initial phases can take months and involve substantial legal expenses. While an attorney has stepped in to assist at the outset, it is likely that additional federal defense support will be necessary as the case progresses.

<div>At the same time, Ian is navigating the personal impact of this situation. The uncertainty surrounding the case — including housing, duration of proceedings, and basic financial stability — has taken a real toll, particularly as a combat veteran who has already carried immense responsibility and stress.

<div>Right now, our focus is simple: ensuring Ian has stability, support, and the ability to focus on his legal defense and well-being.
