Nana's Cancer fund

As some of you may know our beloved dog Nana was just diagnosed with Osteosarcoma a very destructive and fast moving bone cancer. It is in her rear left leg and is showing small amounts in her lungs. If untreated she will die within a few months. Her veterinarian Dr. Puritz has suggested a holistic alternative to chemotherapy called Neoplasene. It is a treatment derived from the Bloodroot plant and has worked at putting cancer in canines in to remission. I have made plans for her to start the treatments within the next several days. The treatment is costly but it could give her years of life! If you have ever had the pleasure of meeting Nana you  know she is very special and more than just a dog. She has shared the responsibilities of raising my daughter  with me  and been there to comfort us both when things are hard and keeps us safe every day. She has touched the hearts of so many children and adults with her kindness, love and beauty.  She deserves a much longer life than her short 7 years.  The medical cost to treat her will be high and our hope is to raise some of the cost to ease the burden a little.  As much as i don’t like to ask for help, Beatrix and I are asking for any donations for our beautiful Nana, her life is worth saving.  Thank you so much!
