Blake Jeffries

As we all know Blake passed away in his home unexpectedly on December 3rd. It's such a tragedy. Let's all come together and help relieve some of the family's stress. Nobody expects to bury their child. Especially right before Christmas. Blake was only 15 years old. He was a very special little boy. He was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and 1p36 Deletion Syndrome a few months after birth. He was no different than any other kid to every one who knew him. I love you Katrina, and I'm so very sorry for your loss. I hope this page turns into something great for you. I hope it helps.
