Rick's Medical and living expenses

Hello friends and family....  Well, after 9 months of chasing the cause,  with great doctors running test after test we have finally got an answer.   Rick has a severely restricted aortic valve in his heart.  He needs to have the valve replaced ASAP. 

 On Sept 29th he was admitted to the Cardiac Care unit at EMMC after having a very mild heart attack, because the aortic valve was causing his heart to work harder than normal - heart rate over 130 beats per minute - blood pressure of 215/108...   While in the hospital the tests they ran confirmed the diagnosis..... the doctors have said he was very lucky that he had not already had a massive heart attack.    He has been confined to his recliner since February, as he has been too weak to do anything at all.  We have had home health nurses coming in weekly - because he has been classified as homebound... we have equipment through them to monitor his heart and weight....and safety equipment for the bathroom.   

That is why we were not around this summer at pow wows,  and why we had to cancel Togus, and ask Pat and Kendall to run Mustang for us.   
Since we could not attend pow wows, and run our vending booth - the money we normally would make selling our crafts would go to fill our oil tank, and buy wood for the woodstove... and fill the freezer to get us through the winter....do some necessary repairs on the vehicle, and house... it  just isn't there this year.    

So, we need your help.... any amount you can spare to help us is greatly needed - and truly appreciated from the bottom of our hearts.

Rick needs to have dental work (evaluation and extraction of 2 teeth - estimate between 600 and 800 dollars) before the surgeons we saw today will schedule surgery...   he is at very high risk in this surgery, because of the severe anemia he has from MDS (pre-leukemia)   

We currently have no oil, and only enough wood to get us through a couple months....  our social security disability barely covers our monthly expenses and food and the gas to get to doctors appointments..
We have multiple appliances that need repair (washer & dryer... and refrigerator)  a water pump for the well that is getting very noisy and may need to be replaced before spring...  - a vehicle to register and inspect - which needs tires (will buy used to save money).... and hope nothing else needs to be fixed for inspection...   

Thank you all in advance for any help you can give us... it is truly needed...and appreciated.   We normally try to get by, without asking for help...  but we are in desperate need...
