Burt Heddles Fund

Burt Heddles is not one to ask for assitance, always been the one to help out when needed.  He has worn many hats, Soldier, Firefighter, Paramedic, then Soldier (again) deployed twice to Iraq and once to Afganistan all with the 82nd Airborne.  He is a devoted husband and father.  I have had the honor of knowing Burt for 35 years.  Burt has always been a hardworking man who enjoys life.  He has been diagnosed with a large mass in his left kidney. The doctors have decided that removing the kidney is the best option.  He works as a  Fire Marshall and does have insurance, however, as we all know even with that, the bills are staggering.   He was diagnosed the day before Thanksgiving and will be in surgery right before Christmas.  Given a little boy is expecting the yearly visit from Santa the timing is very painful.  So please give what you can. UPDATE  01/16/19 another surgery for another mass this time in the remaining kidney.
