I Pro Say

There is currently a cultural revolution demanding change with police policies and protocols in regards to handling non-life threatening situations, especially involving minorities. Police are not well trained in de-escalating non-life-threatening situations and often these situations escalate to extreme and / or deadly ends. I Pro Say services will fill that gap. 


I Pro Say began from a realization that having a mental, behavioral or interpersonal conflict is not a crime. We believe conflict is a naturally occurring phenomenon and that people in conflict deserve attention and care. If individuals experiencing an escalated situation are addressed by trained professionals who understand mental, behavioral health, conflict intervention, then they can help de-escalate the problem. Using communication to mitigate and lessen the frustration in this type of situation, thoughts and beliefs of incarceration are unfounded. Having a disagreement or interpersonal conflict should not lead to incarceration. 


The mission of I Pro Say is to provide intermediary and/or de-escalation services by responding on-site to callers experiencing non-violent, non-life threatening conflicts, mental, or behavioral conflict situations. Our services are an alternative to legal actions while preserving the individual’s constitutional and civil rights.


We are operating with help from work volunteers and our our website is currently under construction.  Our funding monies will go towards training. Refine Me CE, Inc. Doing Business As I Pro Say. Me too, we understand the rippling effects of excessive police force and believe in our capability when police force is not needed. Thank you in advance for your support.
