I need help with my chemo copays

I have Chronic Myeloid Leukemia, I was diagnosed August 12, 2010.
I've been taking a drug called Tasigna. It has been working well; with it I can expect a fairly normal lifespan.
I'm disabled through SSD and am on a Medicare HMO.
My copay for this extremely expensive chemo drug is $2787.05 per month. After two months, I will drop into a "catastrophic" category under my insurance and the copay will drop considerably.
My husband works incredibly hard to keep us in the home we've lived in for almost twenty years. Our older cars are paid off and he keeps them running by having no other choice - he has to. We've eliminated all unnecessary extras like cable and home phones, restaurant trips, anything and everything, etc.
I've exhausted every possible way to research programs or grants for copay assistance including dealing with the specialty pharmacy itself.
Curt's income, while barely keeping our heads above water, excludes us from those programs.
I need two copays this year and two next year.  We'll sell some things off or make payments somehow for the other half.
I'm asking for help for the copays for the drug I need immediately.
