I need help with a lawyer fast

I was abused at 15 by a 25-year-old white male in Ripon, Wisconsin. Physically, mentally and emotionally. Two were conceived when I was 16 and 17 years old. He is trying to take the kids 50/50. He lives in a shack located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. He abuses them over the years. The children are 5 and 6 1/2. They have been going on visits since the oldest was 2. my children were abused, but the state won't pick it up. I feel like he is well-connected with the higher crowd that makes decisions. A court hearing was done when I was 17 years old regarding the abuser being with a minor. $500, he was fined. I wrote the judge when I was 18 to tell my story, but the court refused to reopen the case.

We You Wouldn’t Believe cannot seem to get away from him, neither can my children. Legally I cannot leave the state because a case is open and he takes them every other weekend. I need a good lawyer to be free with my children. I know there is light at the end of the tunnel. I just want this nightmare to be over with. Please help. Even if it's just words of encouragement, I feel like it's just me that's here defending my children.
