I need help to get a computer for college

Basically, I'm a designer college student and unfortunately my family is going through a complicated situation of debts, that my deceased father as left behind. With that, I don't have a computer to work at home and do all of the extra work that I get from my college teachers, also the personal projects that I want to do are just not possible. I am asking for 2000€, cos not only do I need to get a computer, but if enough, I will need to get a new digital table (with or without screen), my old one is just dying, it has had a good 3 years life span, but now it's breaking on me. I need the money has soon as possible, cos of all the work that I need to do and I do appreciate all the help that you can give me, but if you can't, it's all good.
