I need help for my herniated disks

I have been diagnosed with two herniated disks (L4 and L5) in my lower back.  This is causing Sciatica in my left leg to the point where I can hardly put any weight on it.  Walking is pure agony!

Unfortunately, the only Medicare approved treatments for this condition is back surgery.  Horror stories abound as to botched surgeries to the point where a person can no longer function afterwards.  I don't want to run that risk! 

There is an alternative procedure known as spinal decompression available which promises complete healing and restoration, but the provider insists on 100% payment up-front for this before treatments can begin.  They do not provide any financing options.

This year has been hard enough financially with COVID causing all kinds of business complications, plus this condition has seriously degraded my ability to do my work efficiently, so self-financing this treatment is just not an option for me.  Of course, the longer I procrastinate getting started, the worse this will become.

I hate to ask for help, but this is serious enough that I will swallow my pride long enough to.  This procedure will have a transformational effect on the rest of my life.  Any help you wish to provide will be gratefully received and most sincerely appreciated.
