I need 2 get something off my chest

Ok, anyone that's knows me, knows that my boobs enter rooms before I do. Well, over the years, this has taken a toll on my spine and I now have 3 bulged discs, sciatica and some herniated discs. I will be doing PT 3 times a week at $40 a session, and back surgery to over come this. However, my doctor, has SO KINDLY started the steps for me to have a breast reduction procedure! Something I have wanted and NEEDED for years but previous doctors have always said I needed to lose a certain amount of weight or wait until I'm done having kids......... Well, now, I can have the surgery! The doctors believe that the weight of my breasts has done a lot of compressing on my spine and we need to relieve some of that! We believe it's definitely  all for the breast. Now, what this go fund me is for, is to help with the "out of pocket costs" of this surgery, missing work costs and my insurance will cover most, but I still have out of pocket costs. Please help me! This is MUCH NEEDED. And I can't keep "pushing it back" (see what I did there) like I have been for years! Every little bit helps me get to the surgery room! I thank each and every one of you for the support and for loving me for who I am throughout the years ❤❤ ❤ ❤ I really hope and believe that after this, the breast is yet to come.

I attached a copy of ONE of the 360 images of my MRI results. Please notice the bulged discs & the S1 root that is displaced :( I am not just trying to get money for no reason. I legit need help, before I end up in a wheel chair or something :( Thank you so much ❤


UPDATE 8/9/17: Went and saw my doc today. She wants me out of my job, on disability. NOT workers comp. She says the constant sitting and standing and walking from my desk is taking a toll on my spine & that is why no matter what we have done so far, has given me no relief.  This in turn means, my job will switch me from my current insurance to Cobra, and they will stop covering a portion of the current insurance. So not only will my insurance be more expensive, but I won't be making as much because I will be collecting disability :( 

On a lighter note, I have my appointment with the surgeon on 8/25/17. Cross your fingers for me :(
