My name is Khaled Ahmed Abu Zubeida, from Gaza City.

During this devastating war, I lost fifteen members of my family under the bombing. My home was reduced to rubble, and with it, I lost my work and my only source of income. Today, I am left with only my wife and three young children—my last reason to breathe, my only hope in this endless nightmare.

What remains of my family now lives without shelter, without safety, without enough food, medicine, or clothing. Each day brings a new fear, a new loss, and the unbearable weight of trying to protect my children from a world collapsing around them.

All I ask for is a chance at survival—a small window of light in this overwhelming darkness—for me, my wife, and our three children after losing everything.

اسمي خالد أحمد أبو زبيدة من سكان مدينة غزة.

خلال هذه الحرب المدمّرة فقدتُ خمسة عشر روحاً من عائلتي تحت القصف، ورأيتُ بيتي ينهار حتى صار كومة ركام وفقدتُ عملي ومصدر رزقي الوحيد. لم يبقَ لي في هذه الحياة سوى زوجتي وثلاثة أطفال صغار، أتشبث بهم كما يتشبث الغريق بآخر نفس، أحملهم في قلبي وأحاول أن أُنقذهم من الجحيم الذي يلتهمنا يومًا بعد يوم.

ما تبقّى من عائلتي يعيش اليوم بلا مأوى ولا سقف يحمينا، بلا أمان ولا طعام كافٍ ولا دواء يخفف وجع المرض ولا حتى ملبس يستر برد أطفال أبرياء. كل لحظة تمرّ تحمل معها خوفًا جديدًا من أن نفقد المزيد.

كل ما أطلبه منكم ليس سوى فرصة للنجاة… نافذة ضوء وسط هذا الظلام، لي ولأطفالي الثلاثة، بعد أن سُلبنا كل شيء.
