I lost my apt #HurricaneMaria

I had just started living here in September, until Hurricane Maria attacked the ceiling with 200 mph gusts and yanked clean the 6 tension ropes that were supposed to hold it.

My school (I'm a teacher) isn't open and is damaged, and since I'm on a probation for 3 months due to being a new employee, I have no access nor right to emergency funds or vacation days to compensate for hours lost. I am literally in a really tight situation because of that, and gas is scarce. (I just finished getting $8.50 worth of gas after a 6 hour line because I have no bigger external gas tanks to collect it in and gas stations have no way to communicate with their stores so as to refill (communications blackout around the island, with certain pockets of cel signal, due to damages by the hurricane yet to be addressed). Any help with my rebuilding with be greatly and wholeheartedly appreciated.
