"I Have To Get To My Mother And Family"

Here's another hard luck story for you to read thanks to People who can't keep "THEIR WORD". But here's my story and any help would come to me while I'm Experiencing the worst Year in my life. I'm depressed, overwhelmed, and disgusted. As a 100% disabled Veteran with Service Animals I now have to fight for my Home so I don't become homeless with my Service Animals which by the way are the only reason I'm still alive today. I was buying my house through an "Option to Purchase" good through 2027 or so I thought. The owners who now live in Michigan sold the house behind my back, and now the new owner wants me out in 30 day's or pay a much higher almost double my payment that I can't afford.☹️ This is my house, and I was going to make 38k on my house deal, per my contract, which we're signed, and notarized.✍️It was going to help me move from South Carolina to New Mexico to take care of my 80 year old mom who recently fell and broke her leg, and Elbow. She's now all alone as my dad died earlier this year. Even though my situation is dire my main focus and reason for this move is so my mom doesn't end up in some community home, alone. I filed a Mechanic's Lien this past week for troubleshooting and doing repairs on my House for the past 6 1/2 year's but I'm making a more detailed list using all 8 year's. I am taking this to Court and requesting my right to a Jury Trial. So because they don't want to honor my Contract they are Landlords and have violated the South Carolina Tenant Law Act numerous times. I'm not asking for to feel sorry for me I'm a proud Marine, it took a lot to write this but just a pay-it forward for a 61 year-old Disabled Veteran, with Service Animals, and former Police Officer to boot. I've Served my Country the People for most of my life, and I wouldn't of had it any other way, and I'd do it again in a Heart Beat. any help would be greatly appreciated.
