Over the last 18 months—since Matt’s first diagnosis of Colorectal Liver Cancer, and then the added diagnosis of Esophageal Cancer—your overwhelming love, text messages, comforting words, and prayers have wrapped our family in so much warmth. We truly could not have walked this road without you.

<div>Matt has fought with every single ounce of his strength. He has been so incredibly brave, but his sweet body is tired and can no longer fight this terrible disease. He is now resting in hospice care, surrounded by love, and we are focusing every moment on keeping him peaceful, warm, and comfortable.

<div>We are gently asking for your prayers right now. Please pray for a soft, smooth end to this journey for Matt, and please hold our family in your hearts as we navigate the unimaginable and learn how to go on without his bright light here with us.
