I can't wait anymore

My name is Zakk Lade, I'm humbly reaching out to friends, family, and coworkers for your support in regaining the relationship with my daughter Ella.  My life changed on November 22nd 2016 at 5:02 pm.  The day she was born was the proudest moment of my life and it has forever changed me.  Unfortunately, my relationship and visitation with Ella ended abruptly when her mother and I ended our relationship 6 weeks after her birth.  Due to our relationship ending, and Ella being moved across state lines, we had no choice but to retain an attorney at that time.  What should have been a painless process has become a long drawn out reuniting with my daughter.


After 5 months of getting no where we lost Wisconsin jurisdiction and now court has been moved to Illinois.  The attorney we retained cannot practice in Illinois so we are starting from scratch in this fight.  The last several months I've devoted to bettering myself personally and professionally.  I am excited to have recently started a new career.  Unfortunately, due to training for my new profession I have very little income coming in at this time.



 I've had unconditional support both emotionally and financially from my family, I'm setting aside my pride at this time for the sake of reuniting with my daughter.  This is why I'm looking for your help in raising the $5000 retainer needed for an Illinois attorney.  With your donation, all who have been removed from Ella's life(Grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends) will be able to participate in her growth to become the strong woman that I know she will be one day.  As my friends, family, and co-workers I know you have witnessed a lot of my story through social media and  have encouraged me to keep up the fight.  Recognizing every child deserves two parents.  Please help me be the parent that I want to be and that Ella deserves.
