<div>The modern world can be harsh and unkind at times. According to Mind, mental health problems like anxiety and depression affect one in six of us. We believe that we can help people to feel better by making the most of the green environment.

<div>Our mission is to create a connected, vibrant and low-impact community that works towards a meaningful and enjoyable future and brings about personal, social and environmental change.

<div>Our community space will be open to members of the public to learn about an alternative, gentle way of life.
</div>

<div>Practitioners will lead classes on natural building projects, organic, permaculture gardening/farming, cooking, and other daily activities. Experts can educate parents on fear around birth and healthier alternatives for the family. We will also hold retreats, study sessions, music and arts events.
</div>

<div>We will provide the tools, training and expertise to help people - to learn, connect and stay motivated to reduce their environmental impact and start living more sustainably.

<div><strong>Why am I doing this?</strong>
</div>
<div>I’ve spent years looking for alternative answers, moments of peace and a connection with nature. Somewhere I can be quiet and hear my own voice over the chatter of the world.

<div>On my journey, I have been working with farmers, doctors, therapists and so many people in the community to web together practical solutions to our daily stressors. I feel I have a solid plan moving forward and the network to put this project into action.
</div>

<div>The first time I launched this project 2 years ago, I was broke. I had my son taken out of my care because of my beliefs by the family court system. I was deemed unfit for my son. This has not stopped me. E:Den was created by my son, he has taught me how to 'LIVE' again. We as a human race will heal if we listen and learn from our children, instead of coercing them into our programming.
