<div>In May 2026, I’ll be taking on Ironman Lanzarote , known as the toughest Ironman in the world.
</div>

</div>
<div>That means:
</div>
<div>•	2.4 miles swim in the Atlantic Ocean
</div>
<div>•	112 miles cycling through Lanzarote’s volcanic hills ‍
</div>
<div>•	26.2 miles running in the blazing Canarian sun ‍<strong>﻿</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div>All in under 17 hours.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m doing this in support of our Mike, his wife and his two children , as he continues his courageous battle with Motor Neuron Disease.
</div>

</div>
<div>I completed Ironman UK in 2019, but this challenge is even bigger. With your help, I want to raise as much as possible to support our Mike and his loved ones through their challenging journey.
