We have a vision to educate teenagers, shift the political conversation in California, and change the world with “I am a Teen Voter,” but we need your help.
“I am a Teen Voter” is an online resource geared towards 16 and 17 year old future voters all across the state of California, where we can pre-register/register to vote, learn about candidates within our districts, access volunteer opportunities, and get involved with the current world affairs. We want to get teenagers civically engaged all across California.
As 10 teenagers from Los Angeles, we need to raise money to get our vision off the ground. A donation of any kind would help us significantly, so we can pay for a monthly website, file for non-profit status, hold events to pre-register teenagers to vote as well as hold forums with real Presidential Candidates (yes, we are talking to a campaign about holding an event right now!). But first, we need your help and funding.
We created “I am a Teen Voter” because teenagers and young adults are one of the most powerful voting demographics and we have a HUGE voice, that is, if we use it. But we can’t do it alone. Your donation would significantly help us circulate our message and our vision to teenagers across the state.
Our generation needs to be involved in politics and aware of the world around us. Regardless of political affiliation, every opinion matters and every voice needs to be heard. Please consider making a donation to “I am a Teen Voter” so we can change politics, one vote at a time.
