As You All Know I Have Been Suffering With Congestive Heart Failure After Giving Birth To My Son Ki'Mahni Who Is Now 2 Years Old I Got Diagnosed Sept, 2015 To Keep Me Alive I Have My Heart Being Assisted With A Device Called A Lvad. I Am A Young Mom That Still Have Goals And Accomplishments To Make For My Self And My Son, I Am Currently On The Heart Transplant List Because I Will Need A New Heart If You Are Able To Donate To My Future Transplant That Would Be A Blessing On Your End And Mines, Hope Is Still Alive God Will Continue To Protect Me And Thank You For Taking The Time To Read This I received my Heart Transplantation Call On 04-15-2020, and the surgery was a success!
