<div>As most of you know On 16th November, I’m taking on Solo HYROX — a seriously tough fitness challenge combining running and functional workouts. It’s going to push me physically and mentally… but I’m doing it for a reason that’s much bigger than me.

<div>Cancer has affected many of my friends, family, and clients that I care deeply about. Too many people we love have had to face the fear, uncertainty, and life-changing impact that cancer brings. Macmillan Cancer Support is there for them every step of the way — with practical help, emotional support, and someone to talk to when it’s needed most.

<div>So I’m lacing up, training hard, and going all-in to help make a difference.
