Medical bills & Traveling Expenses

My brother-in-law Tom Fitzpatrick fell ill this past October. He had brain surgery at Mount Sinai in NYC on October 17th to remove a tumor in his brain. On November 1st, he went back to the city to get the results of the pathology report. We never expected that the results would be the worst possible news, glioblastoma multiforme stage 1V, the most common and aggressive form of brain cancer. How can this be? He is a healthy 50 year old, never smoked, never drank, a vegetarian. From that day on our lives changed. We have done endless research trying to find "the cure". He was doing great until Saturday, Dec 9th when he suffered his first seizure at home and then another at the hospital. He now is in Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC and is scheduled for brain surgery in the morning. Medical bills and household expenses from loss of work has caused more anxiety on top of everything else. We ask that you all say a prayer and please come together and support his family. He has a wife and 3 children that need him. The financial burden that has been placed on the family especially during this time of year is astronomical. Please find it in your heart to help this wonderful family and also please pray for them.
