Fire destroys family home

Good Friday looking at my phone a msg from my brother "my house is on fire". I call him three times it rings out. I call his partner twice rings out, i try my mum, it rings out. I jump in the car and drive to tatura not knowing what to expect. I turn the corner and fire trucks block the street. People are crowding around watching. I see simone and the 3 kids standing barefoot watching as the house is engulfed in flames. Tyson has his dog, standing in melted boots, his arm has a gash from jumping the fence. His neck and ears are blistered, his hair is singed and he has no eyelashes, he tried desperately to do what he could before having no choice but to retreat. 
The flames leave behind nothing, the house is gone. 
They escaped with nothing but the clothes they were wearing.
They could do with a leg up, it will be greatly appreciated.
